Happy birthday, Courtney!

I love the colors and the sun (and of course Courtney) in these photos.

She's such a bubbly, smart girl and it made me miss being 16. When we were at the lake shooting she said "can we go look at the boys" HAHA! I totally remember being like that at her age. She's a beautiful girl with a bright future ahead (AP student, WHY NOT BRAG?) and it's awesome to see that.

Jessica and Kyle (Styled Couples Shoot)

Okay, so I saw a picture Jessica posted a few weeks ago with her hair and makeup done like this and I immediately asked to shoot her and Kyle's photos again! She reminded me of St Vincent (awesome singer,Beautiful, great music, great guitarist -I recommend listening to her). Ironically, her boyfriend Kyle just got a cool slicked back hair cut that totally fit the theme! So we drove to some cool spots around apple valley and they enjoyed some ice cream...Even walked into a tunnel of bats- Long story....

all in all, I think this was super fun and I love this session:)  

and they're so adorable...

I was totally excited and nervous about getting the right images and capturing every moment. This was a super fun day and such a beautiful party! I loved the food and the culture. Congrats to this beautiful couple!
